Power inventories, succession thinking, and the discipline of holding authority lightly.

Weeks 04–06

Leading Between Worlds

Cross-cultural command, negotiation across traditions, and institutional diplomacy.

Weeks 07–09

The Development Doctrine

Case work from the Se State transformation: capital, community, and cathedral-thinking.

Weeks 10–12

The Hundred-Year Plan

Each fellow drafts, defends, and commits to a written legacy blueprint.
